FWD boosts AI capabilities via AWS cloud

As of 2023, FWD's cloud migration reaches 97% completion.

FWD Group has formed a five-year contract with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to boost its cloud capabilities.

AWS, as FWD Group’s strategic cloud provider, will continue hosting core business applications, including finance, customer, and insurance agent interfaces.

This extended collaboration aims to enhance FWD’s agility, scalability, and resilience as it transitions away from operating its own data centres.
