HDI Global launches Climate Consulting to assess, manage climate risks

It provides location-specific analysis of both chronic and acute physical risks.

HDI Global has launched Climate Consulting, a new service aimed at helping businesses assess and manage climate-related risks.

The service provides location-specific analysis of both chronic and acute physical climate risks and offers targeted measures to mitigate these risks.

Lars Regner, head of Resilience Services at HDI Risk Consulting, said the new service responds to growing client demand for practical recommendations that enhance climate resilience.

The service uses three climate scenarios spanning different time periods up to 2100, providing forward-looking risk assessments.

It includes desktop assessments of topography, regional climate, and natural hazards, along with on-site inspections to evaluate potential impacts on infrastructure, logistics, and processes.

The findings are compiled into a site-specific climate risk advisory report with recommended mitigation measures.
