Hong Kong Life unveils auto-fill function for online applications

Information on new customers applying for insurance is automated.

Hong Kong Life has achieved a significant milestone in the insurance industry by integrating the "iAM Smart" e-ME Form Filling function into its online application process for new customers.

This integration marks a first-in-market achievement for the Hong Kong insurance sector.

With the feature, new customers applying for Hong Kong Life's online insurance products, can authorise the use of the "e-ME" Form Filling function from "iAM Smart."

This will automatically fill in their personal information, ensuring accuracy and expediting the application process.
