Howden expands footprint in France with acquisition

Howden now employs nearly 400 employees across France.

Howden has agreed to acquire OFRACAR, an independent brokerage group based in Rouen, expanding its presence and services in northwest France.

Following this acquisition, Howden France, founded in February 2022, now employs 380 people in 13 offices throughout France.

This move aligns with Howden's strategy to diversify its product portfolio and provide more options for French clients, building upon recent acquisitions like C.R.F. Conseils, Théorème, Seasecure/Guian, and GTCA – CFC Consultants.
