Howden unveils new Chief Broking Officer for Hong Kong

He joins Howden from Marsh Asia.

Howden named of Steve Hutchinson as Chief Broking Officer for its Hong Kong operations.

Based in Hong Kong, Hutchinson will report to Alfred Sham, CEO of Howden Hong Kong.

In his new role, he will focus expanding its Specialty capabilities across sectors such as construction, multinational clients, and large complex accounts.

Hutchinson joins Howden from Marsh Asia, where he served as Senior Vice President and Risk Management Practice team leader, advising Hong Kong-based multinational companies on risk and insurance solutions.

His previous roles at Marsh include Construction Specialty and Industry leader for Asia, where he guided the development and growth of regional construction business, and Construction, Power, and Utilities Placement Leader for Asia, where he managed insurance solutions for the construction and power industries.
