Lippo General Insurance launches telematics app for safe driving

The app analyses real-time driving data and offers a reward system.

PT Lippo General Insurance launched MyGo+, a telematics-based app designed to promote safer driving habits in Indonesia.

The app analyses real-time driving data, provides feedback on driving behaviour, and offers a reward system to encourage responsible driving.

MyGo+ tracks factors such as distance travelled and acceleration patterns to generate driving scores, which are then converted into reward points.

Users can redeem these points for vouchers and participate in monthly driving challenges for additional benefits.

The app is available to all drivers, not just LGI policyholders, and offers discounts on LGI insurance products.

This is LGI’s first digital innovation since becoming part of Hanwha Life Insurance following its acquisition in March 2023. MyGo+ integrates AI and machine learning to ensure accurate data collection, minimising errors caused by road conditions or network issues.
