Lockton enters Indian market, appoints country CEO

Dr. Sandeep Dadia will be the country CEO.

Insurance brokerage company, Lockton, has entered the Indian market by appointing Dr. Sandeep Dadia as Chief Executive Officer for India, pending regulatory approval. 

Dadia, with 20 years of industry experience, aims to position Lockton as a leading international broker in India. His focus includes leveraging Lockton’s global expertise, maintaining a robust 97% client retention rate, and attracting top talent.

Dadia's successful track record includes leading startups and holding key roles at Enam Insurance Brokers, TTK Healthcare Services, and Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Limited (ABIBL), where he served as CEO and Principal Office.

His industry involvement extends to serving on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Broker Association of India, acting as Convener for Broking in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and participating in the advisory committee to the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDAI) for Cyber Insurance.

Lockton's expansion into India, with over 135 offices worldwide, aims to meet the country's increasing demand for risk consulting and management services.
