Markel opens Perth office to expand Western Australia presence
The company also appointed two Perth-based senior underwriters.
Markel Insurance has opened a new office in Perth, Western Australia, and appointed two Perth-based senior underwriters, Jerome Steyn and Pierre Dagnee.
According to a press release, both bring experience in building market presence across all PFR product classes and additional expertise in the mining and resources sector.
“We now have nine specialist PFR underwriters across four locations to support clients and brokers throughout Australia,” Rory Morison, managing director of Australia at Markel, said.
