Ping An upgrades proactive health management system

Nearly 13 million users were enrolled in the family doctor membership last year.

Ping An upgraded its "Ping An Family Doctor" brand with a one-stop, proactive health management services system and a commitment to providing "proactive health management, chronic disease control, and full disease management" to customers.

As of 2023, close to 13 million users were enrolled in the family doctor membership, with more than 98% satisfaction reported for its medical consultation service.

Ping An Family Doctor's upgraded services include a team of dual-certified family doctors, a 5A standard service process, proactive health management for sub-healthy individuals and chronic disease patients, and comprehensive disease management for those with medical conditions. 

The company utilises internet technology to optimise service delivery and supports healthcare with a 100% quality check through AI.

Ping An Health's progress in integrating healthcare and insurance is reflected in the "Ping An Zhen Xiang RUN 2023 Health Services Plan," which holds over 20 million insurance customers and a service satisfaction rate of 99%. 

Looking ahead, Ping An Health aims to further consolidate its family doctor service system, expand its health and senior care ecosystem, and strengthen partnerships to support its growth.
