Prudential unveils new CEO of Health business

Arjan Toor will replace Andrew Wong, and will begin his new role on 1 February.

Arjan Toor is the newly appointed chief executive officer (CEO) of Prudential’s health business segment, beginning 1 February.

Based in Singapore, Toor will report to Solmaz Altin, Strategic Business Group managing director.

Following the insurer’s new business strategy, one of of its main priority is to transform its health business line to enhance stakeholder value.

Toor, a seasoned healthcare executive with over 27 years of leadership experience globally, will oversee Prudential's health business, collaborating with chief health officers and markets to drive growth and operational efficiency. 

Toor replaces Andrew Wong, the outgoing group chief health officer, who is leaving Prudential to explore non-executive opportunities.
