Roojai plans to become full-stack digital insurer with acquisition

In July 2023, Roojai acquired FWD General Insurance.

Roojai Group launched Roojai Insurance in a strategic move to become a comprehensive digital insurance company in Thailand.

In July 2023, the group acquired FWD General Insurance, now rebranded as Roojai Insurance Public Company Limited, with a focus on general insurance products.

Roojai Insurance will be concentrating on retail insurance products, starting with motor and PA and expanding to health, home, and travel over time.

“Brokers play a crucial role in presenting the best offers available in the market to their customers and we believe Roojai’s products are very well positioned to convince both brokers and customers. Moreover, car insurance policy sold in 2024 will be underwritten by Roojai Insurance.” Nicolas Faquet, Roojai Group CEO, said in an announcement.
