Sun Life gets new CRO for Asia

He joins from FWD Group.

Sun Life announced Niall Grady as its new chief risk officer (CRO) for Asia, effective 16 September.

Grady will oversee strategy and growth initiatives in the region through active risk management and coordinated risk efforts across its Asian operations.

Grady brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise, operational, and investment risk management, as well as compliance in banking, financial services, asset management, and insurance. 

He will join Sun Life from FWD Group, where he held roles including chief compliance and investment risk officer and chief compliance & operational risk officer.

Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Portsmouth University and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester.
