Sun Life Hong Kong Introduces ESG-focused life plan

The insurance plans are designed to offer lifelong protection for senior clients.

Sun Life Hong Kong introduced its new ESG-focused whole life protection plans which target the needs of individuals looking for coverage throughout their personal life cycle.

SunGuardian and SunGuardian (Care Version) are participating insurance plans designed to offer lifelong protection for senior clients.

They aim to provide comprehensive financial security during their golden years, addressing concerns about old age.

SunGuardian (Care Version) also includes the Severe Dementia Accelerated Benefit, which offers additional support by advancing the Death Benefit to assist the client's family in caring for them.

Further, SunProtect is another participating insurance plan that provides whole-life protection for clients in the prime of their lives.

In addition to the Death Benefit of Basic Coverage, the plan offers an Additional Death Benefit in the first 20 policy years. The plan also introduces the Lifelong Protection Lock-in Option, a market-first feature that locks in the client's Additional Death Benefit for their entire life.

All three plans aim to ensure that clients' contributions not only protect their cared ones but also contribute to sustainability.
