Sun Life opens renovated client center in Makati with tech upgrades

It also launched three new business offices.

Sun Life of Canada (Philippines) has opened its newly renovated Client Service Center in Makati City and launched three new business offices in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, as part of its ongoing modernisation efforts.

The Makati facility, located in ACE Building, features upgraded technology to speed up transactions and will soon introduce cashless operations. 

Sun Life said the changes aim to improve convenience and efficiency for clients.

The three New Business Offices — Cannonball, Joshua Tree, and Neem Tree — now operate under a co-working space model designed to encourage collaboration and optimise space. 

Sun Life said more offices are expected to adopt this setup in the coming months.

The insurer said these initiatives are part of its plan to modernise client-facing offices, making them more responsive to customer needs and better suited to support advisors in delivering financial planning services.
