Surer collaborates with employment association for customer accessibility

The most purchased coverage plan is the Foreign Domestic Worker Insurance.

Singaporean insurtech, Surer, has inked a partnership with the Association of Employment Agencies (Singapore) (AEAS) for customers’ digital access.

Employment agencies that are members of the AEAS would have the ease of accessing desired insurance coverage for their customers.

The most bought coverage plan is the Foreign Domestic Worker Insurance, based on the number of transactions said Derren Teo, Co-founder of Surer.

“In working with multiple Employment Agencies to drive growth, we realised the huge role these employment agencies play when it comes to recommending appropriate insurance plans to their customers. However, we also noticed many employment agencies struggling with manual processes due to a lack of suitable tech solutions for their specific needs.” Teo said.

Surer will grant AEAS members access to its online platform, allowing them to access suitable insurance plans for their clients.

AEAS members will be informed about digital transformation and Surer's digital solution through awareness campaigns.

Workshops and training sessions will also be arranged to educate AEAS members about digital transformation and how to utilise Surer's digital solution.
