Tokio Marine gives appreciation treat to Singapore General Hospital staff

This is part of the insurer’s “Caring From Top To Toe” campaign.

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd (TMLS) gave an appreciation treat to the healthcare staff of Singapore General Hospital as part of the return of its corporate social responsibility campaign, “Caring From Top To Toe”.

TMLS set up mobile stations by qualified visually handicapped masseurs for three hours daily at the Singapore General Hospital from 26 to 28 September, offering free 20-minute head and shoulder or foot massages for the staff.

According to Gilbert Pak, Chief Marketing Officer at TMLS, the treat is also thanks to the SGH healthcare staff who formed the heart and soul of the frontlines in the pandemic, as they continue to work tirelessly to keep the community safe — whether directly with patients or in providing much-needed support.

“This double-pronged initiative also allowed us to further promote a more inclusive society. We were pleased to engage qualified, visually handicapped masseurs and support them in their resilience and independence,” Pak said.
