Tokio Marine Kiln appoints Phoebe Liew as special risks underwriter

Liew joins from Texel in Singapore.

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has appointed Phoebe Liew as Special Risks underwriter for Credit and Political Risk as part of its expansion in Asia-Pacific. 

She will report to Cindy Gunawan, Head of Special Risks for the region.

Liew joins from Texel in Singapore, where she was Credit and Political Risk director, managing client exposure across trade finance, structured trade, project finance, renewables, infrastructure, asset finance, commodities and fund financing. 

She previously held senior operational roles at China National Building Materials Group in Singapore and is currently Chairperson of the International Project Finance Association’s Future Leaders Network in Singapore.
