Tokio Marine launches Business Architect programme
The programmes are set to start in May.
Tokio Marine Holdings announced the expansion of its talent development initiatives with the introduction of the "Business Architect" programme, in addition to the existing "Data Science Hill Climb" programme.
These programmes aim to cultivate human resources capable of driving corporate digital transformation (DX) and AI business, the insurer said in a press release.
Since its launch in 2019, the Data Science Hill Climb programme has trained over 100 employees, facilitating the development of AI algorithms.

The programme was later opened to the public in 2020, fostering cross-industry collaboration and understanding of DX and AI business.
Tokio Marine also said this initiative aligns with the Digital Skill Standards outlined by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, focusing on planning and managing DX and AI businesses while leading stakeholders.
The new programmes are set to commence externally in May 2024, marking a strategic step towards fostering a skilled workforce capable of navigating the digital age.
