Prudential, Foshan Fosun Chancheng to enhance medical services coverage

Eligible customers will have easy access to the ‘Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service’.

Prudential Hong Kong Limited and Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital have partnered to improve cross-border medical network services coverage.

Through the collaboration, eligible Prudential customers will have streamlined access to the ‘Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service’ at the hospital.

Patients may consult the hospital for pre-approval of treatment costs, which the hospital will help submit to the insurer. Upon approval, Prudential will settle the costs directly with the hospital following treatment.
