FWD started operations in Singapore in 2016 and aims to change the way people feel about insurance by leveraging technology to deliver products and experiences that are relevant, easy to understand, and accessible for our customers.
We have a direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform that allows customers to purchase their preferred life and general insurance products directly from our website. We also partner with network of preferred financial advisory firms so that customers can choose to speak with an adviser before committing to insurance plans.
