He is also a certified Trainer and Speaker by the ASEM SMEs Eco Innovation Center (ASEIC) and has coached the entrepreneurs competing in ECOTHON 2021. He is also a consultant for graduate entrepreneurship for the Ministry of Higher Education.

Emmanuel Coucke leads Bain's Results Delivery® practice in Southeast Asia and has over 15 years of experience driving transformational change across multiple industries in both developed and emerging markets, including North America, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, India, China, Latin America and central Asia.

He holds deep expertise in telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), combining previous industry experience at Vodafone with advising clients in TMT on transformations, digital, growth strategies, performance improvement and customer experience. He also advises clients in Energy & Natural Resources and Oil & Gas on topics related to strategy-led transformation, digital and performance improvement.

Emmanuel holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as a two Masters degrees in Engineering and Computer Science.

Khairul assumed his current role in January 2019 and oversees all aspects of financial performance which includes financial planning and budgeting, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax, capital management and finance operations. Prior to assuming this role, he held the position of CFO, Malaysia and Regional Head, Financial Control.
 
Khairul started his career with KPMG, London focusing on the financial services industry.
In 2006, he joined Goldman Sachs, London as an equity analyst covering the European Insurance Sector. He then joined UBS, Malaysia in 2009 to cover the Malaysian Banking Sector and later on also covered the Singapore Banking sector.
 
He holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Warwick and an MSc in Finance from Imperial College. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), a member of Chartered Banker Institute (MCBI) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Vikram Singh
Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Berhad

Mr Vikram Singh was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Malaysia effective 1 May 2023. In his current role, he is responsible for leading Malaysian franchise, leveraging Citi’s global strengths and further enhancing Citi’s position as a leading bank and employer of choice. He also has oversight of the Citi Solutions Centers in Malaysia. Prior to this, Vikram was the Head of Citi Asia Pacific Regional Account Management, Global Subsidiaries Group where he managed top 200 MNC relationships for 18 markets in APAC including Japan. Vikram is a 24-year Citi veteran with vast corporate banking experience, that spans across 18 countries in Asia Pacific. He joined Citi in 1999 as Risk Head for Commercial Bank, North India and from 2004 to 2015, held various leadership roles in India, covering large local corporates. During his role as Head of Corporate & Investment Banking in the Philippines from 2016 to 2021, Vikram accomplished double digit revenue growth by devising and deploying robust business strategies. Vikram holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University, New Delhi and a Master’s degree in Management from International Management Institute, New Delhi.

Chris Eng is the Chief Strategy Officer at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful where he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives and marketing plans to support Etiqa's long-term growth. Under him, Etiqa strengthened its position in the Philippines and started operations in Cambodia. It also rolled out Robotic Process Automation, continued its Digitalisation agenda and embarked on its Sustainability journey. All of this contributed to Etiqa growing to be the 5th  largest ASEAN owned insurer with record toplines achieved in 6 out of the last 7 years. Etiqa has also clinched the Number 1 Insurance/Takaful brand position in Malaysia for the past 3 years and won numerous awards for its festive ad series. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Research/Products and Alternative Investments where he set up the Equities and Fixed Income Research teams in Etiqa while personally specializing in broad macro-economic trends that could affect investment markets. He has over 25 years of experience in identifying market trends and business improvement opportunities having previously worked as a research analyst, an engineer and a management consultant around the region. He is a Chevening Scholar with a MPhil in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has won numerous awards for equity research in the past.

As KPMG’s Head of Insurance in Malaysia, Mok focuses on creating value for insurance sector clients in new and different ways as they transition through the inevitable changes taking place in the industry. Mok draws on over 29 years of experience in professional practice as an audit partner for a wide range of public listed and multinational companies, specializing in insurance companies (life and general) and mutual funds. He also has extensive experience in due diligence reviews, share valuation engagements, review of financial modeling, reporting accountants and review of profit forecasts. Mok led the firm’s IFRS/MFRS 17 accounting change service in Malaysia. Mok also serves as KPMG’s Risk Management Partner and Ethics and Independence Partner (RMP & EIP) in Malaysia, joining the firm’s Executive Committee (EXCO) leadership in January 2024. He is an elected Council Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and serves as the Chairman in MIA’s Public Practice Committee as well as being a Member in the Examination and Practice Review Committees.

Bhd., co-founder of Malaysian National Computer Confederation AI Special Interest Group (MNCC-AI SIG) and is appointed as external supervisor for some local universities.

Fridolin runs XiXun Asia, a boutique management consulting firm in Singapore. He delivered large scale front to back business and IT platform changes as a Program Director and Operating Model Designer. He has more than 35 years’ banking experience in Europe and Asia in both the run and change the bank dimensions. He has successfully led or advised teams on more than 10 core banking transformation projects including Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Canada, Maybank and Deutsche Bank PWM. He designed the IT Blueprint for an online fashion retailer, advised a German telco on their digital transformation journey and project lead Crealogix’ suite of products to Bangkok Bank. Most recently he assessed the target operating model and competitive advantage proposition of a Malaysian tier 1 bank’s wealth management to design their digital blueprint and roadmap.
