Prior to his appointment in Thailand, Mr. Wilson was a Chief Risk Officer at Allianz Group for twelve years, responsible for all of Allianz’s global insurance and asset management businesses.
Prior to joining Allianz in 2008, Tom was the Chief Risk Officer for ING Insurance, joining in 2005; Global Head, Finance & Risk Practice at Oliver Wyman & Company joining in 2002; CFO of Swiss Re New Markets joining in 1998; and Global Head, Risk Management Practice, at McKinsey & Company, joining in 1990.

Min is a Life and Health insurance professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. An actuary by training, she had spent the last 15 years of her career in non-actuarial fields of mergers and acquisitions, risk management, corporate strategy and business development, product development and customer experience design, before joining Global Asia Insurance Partnership (GAIP) in late 2022.
Having spent time in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore in Group, Regional and local roles, she has a track record of establishing policies and capabilities throughout her career. Returning to Singapore in 2011, she established the risk management function in AXA Life Singapore and developed its risk management policy in her capacity as the Chief Risk Officer. Most recently, as Head of Customer Experience at Manulife Singapore, she established the customer experience function, building the customer capability within the business, from listening to the customers, designing experiences and solutions for customers based on human-centred design principles, to engaging with customers to drive recommendations and repurchases.
Min is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia and graduated from the University of Melbourne.

Suradej Panich has been heading the Data Scientist team at Sunday since 2017. His projects involve in the heart of Sunday’s core business that covers the entire value chain. He also manages multiple key partnerships with leading companies from multiple industries in Southeast Asia.
Sunday is a group company that offers fully integrated data and technology platforms including real-time customized and affordable non-life insurance products, health care services and development and technology hub in Thailand.
Prior to joining, Suradej was a Data Insight Strategist from Google Singapore. His work involved using data and machine learning to create a trust and safety platform for Google Ads products.
He holds an Information Engineering degree (first-class honors) from KMITL and M.Sc of Data Mining and Knowledge Management from École Polytechnique de l'Université de Nantes, France
