PC leads the Strategy & Transformation Office of Techcombank, one of the largest Joint Stock Banks in Vietnam and a leader in digital & data led transformation with ~25 years of experience in Banking, P&L management, and Strategy Consulting across North America and South East Asia. He is responsible for defining strategic agenda and masterplan and helping drive the overall transformation of the bank across all business areas and functions including digital, data, talent, Agile ways of working.

Prior to joining Techcombank, PC led the Banking and Payments Practice in ASEAN for Accenture where he is responsible for growing the practice and the talent pool in the region. In addition, PC was a member of the Global Banking Strategy Leadership at Accenture.

Prior to joining Accenture, PC worked as a leader in Strategy Consulting (with McKinsey in New York) and in Banking (at Standard Chartered in global roles based out of Singapore) where he was Group Head of Strategy & Transformation across Commercial, SME, Retail & WM business, working with Group Board of Directors, classified as a Material Risk Taker by PRA and an executive member of Group RB& WM Management Team responsible for global P&L.

PC has execution leadership experience in leading multi-market digital transformations across APAC markets, driving P&L impact and leading change of business models and new ways of working. His initiatives have been presented to investors and Group Board of Directors as success stories. As part of his portfolio, PC has worked on multiple Wealth Management and Frontline enabling initiatives which have significantly uplifted revenue and improved customer and frontline experience.

PC has been closely involved with nurturing the next generation of Fintech players, as a member of the Green and Sustainable Fintech committee at SG FinTech Association and a CEO mentor for Fintech Innovation Lab, APAC.

PC holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Mumbai.

He is actively involved in the community as a Steering Committee Member of the Harvard Business School Club of Singapore mentoring program for Polytechnic students in Singapore and as a Director for The Lavender Spaceship Project, SG’s first coding and computer science platform focused on building tech skills in young girls.

Andrea Campagnoli is the founding partner of Bain Vietnam, a leader of Bain's Private Equity practice in Southeast Asia and a co-head of Bain's Technology Private Equity for Asia Pacific.

He has more than 10 years of management consulting experience at Bain, advising clients in the technology fintech and banking sectors first in EMEA and then in Southeast Asia since 2018. Andrea has deep expertise in M&A advisory, due diligence, and strategy in Technology and Financial Services, having advised investors and senior executives globally.

Earlier in his career, Andrea spent two years as an investment professional at a European buyout fund focused on the financial services sector. He also founded and managed a sustainable fashion consumer firm called Andro Design.

Andrea holds master's and bachelor's degrees from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Over the last 15 years, Mr. Jonas Eichhorst has played a key role in various startups and scale-ups, serving as an executive, board member, and investor across diverse industries and markets. His primary focus has been aiding teams and organizations in enhancing their strategic and operational abilities, capitalizing on the growth opportunities offered by technology.

Currently, he is the CEO and Board Director of Timo Digital Bank, Vietnam's premier digital banking service powered by BVBank. He is also the Executive Chairman of Bykea, Pakistan’s top mobility company, a Director at Protenga, an AgTech firm utilizing insects to produce sustainable protein, and an Advisory Board Member for  7-Eleven in Vietnam.

Mr. Eichhorst began his association with Timo Digital Bank 2019 as a board director, before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2020. After leading a successful fundraising initiative and expanding the data and strategic focus, he was named Chief Executive Officer in late 2022. Under his leadership, Timo has been reimagined as a bank that helps customers “live a richer life”, aligning Timo with Tomi-ism, a philosophy that views a rich life as a balance life, balanced between financial health, physical and mental wellbeing, relationships, and lifestyle

Marcin is the Founder and CEO of Galaxy FinX, a digital bank builder, which is a corporate venture funded by HD Bank responsible for build and launch of Vikki Digital Bank (www.vikki.vn). Formerly, Marcin led Boston Consulting Group in Vietnam and was one of the leaders of McKinsey in Vietnam. He worked for the largest Vietnamese conglomerates (private and SOEs) on corporate strategies, performance improvement, financial restructuring, digital transformation and venture building programs/M&As. He’s also an active investor in technology and consumer-focused start-ups.

Background:

Mr. Vinh has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Risk Management, Banking and Compliance. He has extensive experience in implementing Basel II Regulations and Risk Management for a number of major financial and banking institutions in Vietnam. He has 8 years of experience in managing and working with various organizations such as Word Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Economic Secretariat. State Bank (SECO), South East Asia Center Bank (SEACEN) on various issues. Before joining KPMG, he worked at the State Bank of Vietnam as senior manager  and leading banks in Vietnam on strategic direction, risk management development and Basel/Risk transformation. He also was DCRO in a top 5 Insurance company and member of Board Risk committee.

Mr. Vinh has participated in many major projects for many years with leading banks in Vietnam in the fields of:

• Banking operations, data governance, credit risk management, market risk, operational risk, ICAAP, Pillar risk 1 and Pillar 2 following Basel II's advanced approaches, Circular 41-NHNN, Circular 13-NHNN, Basel III (ILAAP, LCR, FIRB,...)
• Developing internal credit rating model for small and medium enterprises 
• Researching Basel II to deploy in Vietnam, build a Basel II roadmap for the banking system and organize a Basel II training program for the State Bank of Vietnam

Conduct arbitrage analysis on Basel II including ICAAP and material risks (Governance, Policy, Data & IT systems, risk identification and measurement, Reporting) and proposing implementation roadmap for a top 10 commercial bank in Vietnam

Supervising and managing the implementation program of Basel II including more than 40 sub-projects and reporting to the Board of Directors of a large commercial bank in Vietnam

Participate in various projects with a number of financial institution to drive strategic engagements including risk strategy development, design governance and risk target operating models and data transformation

Develops digital transformation roadmap and evaluates plan to implement digital transformation strategy for 02 major commercial banks

Leading the FRM practice to develop many solutions for clients such as IFRS9, model validation, operational risk and compliance solution, Fraud risk indicators, early warning system, intelligent and dynamic reporting

Trước đó, bà Nga đã làm việc nhiều ngân hàng lớn như Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại Thương Việt Nam, Ngân hàng TMCP Tiên Phong và Ngân hàng Thương mại cổ phần Dầu Khí Toàn Cầu.

Bà Nga tốt nghiệp cử nhân khoa Ngân hàng của trường Học viện Ngân hàng và bằng Thạc sĩ Quản trị kinh doanh của ĐH Quốc gia Hà nội và Viện quản trị kinh doanh Brussel Bỉ, chứng chỉ chuyên ngành Giám đốc Ngân hàng của Viện Tài chính Thụy sĩ.

Ms. Nga has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial sector, including nearly 10 years at Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank where she held various important positions such as Deputy Director of the Personal Customer Division, Director of Operations Division, Director of Project Management Office, and Director of Digital Banking. Prior to joining PVcomBank, Ms. Nga served as the CEO of Credit Rating Vietnam Joint Stock Company (CRV). Before that, she worked at prominent banks such as Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank), Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank), and Global Petroleum Commercial Joint Stock Bank (GPBank).

Mrs. Nga graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Banking from the Banking Academy and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Hanoi and the School of Business in Belgium. She also obtained a Banking Director Certificate from the Swiss Financial Institute.

Douglas Jackson is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Performance Improvement in Southeast Asia and Australia, and leads the firm’s Vietnam business in Ho Chi Minh. He is also a senior member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice. Douglas specializes in helping senior leadership in the private and public sectors to unlock value through business model innovation, effective partnering, and a singular focus on driving sustainable results. He has served clients across Southeast Asia, India, Greater China, Australia, and North America

With more than 30 years of experience, Mr. Jackson brings deep expertise across topics, including growth and corporate strategy, pricing, risk management, corporate governance, business model innovation and effective partnering.

Mr. Jackson’s notable assignments include leading a multi-disciplinary team to identify approximately USD1 billion in cost-out initiatives at a global bank; defining the Retail strategy and piloting target operating model changes at a top-3 Vietnamese bank that delivered higher DM conversion (4.5x baseline), NTB x-sell ratio (3x) and reduced branch wait times (0.4x); and improving salesforce productivity by over 30% by implementing new sales approach and sales tools at a top-3 Vietnamese FMCG company.

Mr. Jackson also advised then-Party Secretary of Quang Ninh Province, now Prime Minister, His Excellency Mr. Pham Minh Chinh, on a strategy to sustainably develop tourism in Halong Bay. He also assisted His Excellency with a masterplan to develop future talent pipelines necessary to improve provincial competitiveness and ensure sustainable foreign direct investment and economic growth.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jackson was Managing Director and Partner at The Boston Consulting Group and founded the firm’s practice in Vietnam in 2013. Before BCG, he was the Thailand Country Manager for Kearney Southeast Asia. Mr. Jackson has also held senior leadership positions in industry as Executive Deputy General Director at Vietnam International Bank (VIB) in Vietnam and as Managing Director and Head of Group Strategy at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. Mr. Jackson began his career at Bank of Montreal in Taipei, Taiwan.

Douglas earned his MBA in International Finance from Columbia University in New York City, and his BA in Business Administration (Beta Gamma Sigma) at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.

Fabien Sanchez joined HCVN as Chief Risk Officer in August 2020 and rotated Chief Sale Officer from May 2023.Having worked and lived in Asia, Europe and South America, Fabien has a deep understanding and significant experiences of the financial services sector in those markets, especially in terms of Risk and Sale Strategies. 

Prior to joining HCVN, Fabien was a Managing Director at CaixaBank Payments & Consumer (CPC), leading the Portuguese subsidiary. Earlier in his career, Fabien held a number of strategies, management roles at Brilliance BEA Auto Finance Company (China), Telefonica Consumer Finance (Spain) and BNP Paribas Group (France, Argentina and Germany). 

Mr. Fabien holds a Master of Science Degree from University of Science of Nice (France) as well as a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management from IAE Poitiers (France). He is married with three children.

Fabien Sanchez giữ vai trò Giám Đốc Bộ Phận Rủi Ro và Thu Hồi Khoản Vay tại HCVN kể từ tháng 8 năm 2020 và chuyển sang Giám Đốc Quản Lý Bán Hàng Toàn Quốc từ tháng 05 năm 2023 cho đến nay.  Với kinh nghiệm sống và làm việc tại Châu Á, Châu Âu và Nam Mĩ trong nhiều năm, Fabien sở hữu sự am hiểu sâu sắc cũng như kinh nghiệm đáng kể trong lĩnh vực Dịch vụ Tài chính tại các thị trường này, đặc biệt phải kể đến những Chiến lược Rủi Ro và Kinh Doanh.  

Trước khi là thành viên của HCVN, Fabien đã từng giữ chức vụ Giám Đốc Điều Hành tại CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, chịu trách nhiệm về việc xây dựng và điều hành Công ty con tại Bồ Đào Nha. Trước đó, Fabien nắm giữ nhiều vai trò chiến lược và quản trị tại Brilliance BEA Auto Finance Company (Trung Quốc), Telefonica Consumer Finance (Tây Ban Nha) và BNP Paribas Group (Pháp, Argentina và Đức). 

Ông tốt nghiệp Thạc sĩ Khoa học tự nhiên từ trường ĐH Khoa Học Nice (Pháp) và giữ Bằng sau đại học về Quản Trị Kinh Doanh từ Viện Quản trị Kinh Doanh Poitiers - IAE (Pháp). Fabien đã lập gia đình và cũng là bố của ba đứa trẻ.

Il-Dong Kwon is a Managing Director & Partner of the Boston Consulting Group. Ngoc is Deloitte Vietnam’s Financial Services Industry Leader and has spent 30 years working in the firm’s Consulting (Strategy & Operation), Risk Advisory and Audit & Assurance businesses.
 
She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having served state-owned enterprise groups, multi-national corporations, and private entities in the banking and capital market, energy & resources, and telecommunications & technology industries.
 
In addition, Ngoc works closely with Vietnam’s local regulatory and professional bodies such as the Ministry of Finance, State Securities Commission and Ministry of Information and Communications, amongst others. She is currently the vice president of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Vietnam Association of Accounting. She is certified by CPA Vietnam, FCPA Australia, and has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii.

Andy is the CFO at ZaloPay, Vietnam's fastest growing fintech player. At ZaloPay, he's responsible for finance, operations, strategic planning and strategic partnerships for both financial and non-financial institutions. Previously, he served as the Investment Director at VNG.

With over two decades of rich experience spanning across Banking, Insurtech, and Digital Payment sectors, Thuy (Tyler) Long is a seasoned professional at the forefront of innovation. For the past two years, Thuy has been an integral part of ZA Group, a leading entity encompassing ZA Digital Bank, ZA Insurance in Hong Kong, and ZA Tech globally, where he serves as the Commercial & Partnership Lead for the Southeast Asia (SEA) market.

Thuy's journey is characterized not just by successes but by the invaluable lessons he's garnered throughout his career, particularly in the intricate realm of launching digital financial services in the region. His profound understanding of the nuances of the SEA market, coupled with his strategic vision, has positioned him as a driving force behind ZA Group's expansion and impact in the digital finance landscape.

Phuc is a seasoned management consultant with over 20 years of experience in Vietnam and the Netherlands. As a Partner at KPMG in Vietnam, he leads the Customer & Operations practice, guiding clients across diverse industries towards business transformation and operational excellence.

Phuc's expertise spans various domains, including program management, supply chain management, process improvement, cost optimization, strategy facilitation, and operating model design. His proven track record reflects success in helping clients achieve significant business improvements.

Phuc holds a Master's degree in Economics with a major in Logistics Management from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS), demonstrating his deep understanding of the field and commitment to professional excellence.

Paul is a  fellow of the Society of Actuaries, joined Phu Hung Life in July 2023 and was appointed as General Director in January 2024.

He has more than 30+ years of experience working at leading life insurance companies in Canada, the United States, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Vietnam.
