Singtel pilots insurance savings plan on Dash mobile app

Dash EasyEarn offers 2% p.a. returns for the first policy year.

Singtel has launched an insurance savings plan integrated into its mobile app Dash, according to a news release.

The new Dash EasyEarn insurance savings offers 2% per annum returns for the first policy year, designed for investors who want to start saving regularly but who may be concerned about cash flow. The service is open to eligible users in Singapore and is underwritten by Etiqa Insurance.

Users can start a Dash EasyEarn plan with a minimum initial premium of S$2,000 up to a maximum of S$20,000, and are granted up to 105% of the account value in the event of death.

Other benefits include a no-lock-in period, capital guarantee, and unlimited withdrawals with zero penalties.

Users will need to verify their personal details before topping up with their bank account. They can also opt to withdraw funds directly into their bank account or Dash wallet.
