Hong Kong IA resumes normal operations

However, the public is still encouraged to make use of off-site services.

The Insurance Authority has announced that it will fully resume its regular public services starting 19 April.

The IA previously resumed public operations on 4 April, however it limited services to those who made prior appointments to the regulator.

Despite its back-to-normal status, the IA still urged members of the public to use its off-site services such as the IA’s hotline and online services as much as possible. Operating hours of IA offices and hotline services are posted at the IA website.
