Singlife revamps investment platform to GROW

The platform was previously Navigator Investment Services.

Singlife’s investment platform, Navigator Investment Services, has rebranded to GROW.

Navigator originated as an investment platform in Singapore more than 20 years ago. Under new management and a focus on technology and product enhancement, the company has introduced new initiatives.

Their adviser enablement ecosystem, ELEVATE, offers a broader range of financial tools, insights, customised programs, and experiential events for users.

Singlife said the rebrand is guided by the ethos of 'All Things Considered,' which underscores the company's emphasis on the human element, transcending finance as a numbers-driven industry. It aspires for the financial services sector to provide more holistic advisory services, emphasizing human connections.

GROW will focus on three strategic areas:

Strengthen core capabilities through building and maintaining trust and loyalty by offering an efficient and dependable platform. They will expand their product offerings with innovative solutions and provide comprehensive support to enhance user success both on and off the platform.

Accelerate growth by establishing strategic partnerships with leading asset management and digital asset platforms to expand their market presence.

Lastly, the rebranding aims to deepen its relationship with advisers through exclusive events, offer advisers actionable insights for business success, and foster a culture of development through courses and thought leadership initiatives.
