AIA Hong Kong, HKT, Gleneagles Hospital float telemedicine service

AIA Hong Kong clients will enjoy the service next year.

AIA Hong Kong, HKT and Gleneagles Hospital are jointly launching a telemedicine service, a statement read.

Users will be able to book appointments and receive video consultation services provided by Gleneagles via HKT’s one-stop telemedicine platform DrGo, whilst prescribed medicine will be delivered to the users’ designated addresses, usually within four hours.

Users may also call Gleneagles’ Specialist Outpatient Clinics for in-person consultation as necessary.

The service will be initially made available to AIA Hong Kong employees and financial planners, and extended to the insurer’s clients next year.
