Allianz Life Malaysia floats training scheme for future estate planners

They will receive monthly financial assistance of up to $3,000.

Allianz Life Malaysia has launched the Allianz Career of Excellence and Opportunity Programme, which will nurture new talents and develop leaders within the company, a statement read.

The 24-month training programme includes focus-coaching and personalised mentoring with the Allianz Life management team. Participants will have the chance to be certified as an Estate Planner and they will receive a guaranteed monthly financial assistance of up to $3,000 (MYR12,000) throughout the two years.

In November 2020, the insurer inked a training services agreement with the Malaysian Financial Planning Council which will allow Allianz Life agents to enrol in the Council’s Professional Estate Planning Adviser Programme.
