AXA Singapore to offer unlimited telemedicine, waiver delivery fees

Teleconsultations can be booked through Fullerton Health's FHN3 app.

AXA Singapore will grant access to unlimited complimentary teleconsultations and waiver medication delivery fees from 23 July to 31 December 2020, according to an announcement.

The initiative is launched with healthcare firm Fullerton Health. Video consultations with general practitioners can be booked and administered through the Fullerton Health FHN3 app from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Medications can be delivered to patients’ doorsteps within their selected delivery time slot with no additional delivery fees. Patients can also easily access their medical history, prescription details, and documents such as electronic medical certificates within the app.

After 31 December, individuals who have signed up with AXA for this offer can continue to access video consultations through the app at a member rate of $10 per teleconsultation, excluding medications, procedures and investigations.
