Chubb floats work from home insurance in Hong Kong

It covers mental health counselling for employees.

Chubb has launched a work from home insurance product in Hong Kong, a press release said.

The product includes payment for psychological counselling for employees diagnosed with stress disorders, ergonomic injury benefits, accidental death or permanent disability payments, and coverage for employees who were injured whilst working away from residence.

It covers $500 (HK$3,875) for mental health support per employee, $2,000 (HK$15,500) for surgery related to ergonomics injuries, $20,000 (HK$155,000) for accidental death, $10,000 (HK$77,500) for total disability, and $100 (HK$775) for injuries up to 14 days.
