Beazley reinforces top management with internal promotions

Both appointees’ roles are effective immediately.

Beazley has appointed Paul Bantick as chief underwriting officer, following the retirement of Bob Quane.

Bantick will report directly to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Adrian Cox, with the appointment taking effect immediately.

Bantick will continue to lead Beazley’s Cyber Risks division until a successor is named, a process expected to result in an internal promotion due to the company's expertise in the cyber risk sector.

Additionally, Bethany Greenwood has been named CEO of Beazley Furlonge, the insurer’s Lloyd’s managing agency, subject to regulatory approval.

She will also chair Beazley’s London Wholesale Management Committee, whilst retaining her current role as Group Head of Specialty Risks. Her appointment is also effective immediately.
