Chubb appoints John Latter as lead claims officer

He joined the company in 2017 from Zurich Insurance.

Chubb has appointed John Latter as its lead claims officer for Chubb Overseas General, effective immediately.

Latter will oversee Chubb's claims organisation in the Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and Far East regions, leading a team of 3,000 claims professionals.

In his previous role as senior vice president, and claims director for Europe, Eurasia, and Africa, Latter led property, casualty, financial lines, marine, aviation, and energy claims teams.

Latter brings over four decades of experience across the insurance industry. He joined Chubb in 2017 from Zurich Insurance, where he held numerous senior claims positions in the UK and globally.
