Euler Hermes, NORD/LB close APAC's first Green2Green credit policy

The Green2Green Single Risk solution provides insurance to green transactions.

Paris-based credit insurer Euler Hermes and German state-owned bank NORD/LB have closed the first Green2Green Single Risk credit insurance policy in Asia Pacific, according to media reports.

As indicated in the Euler Hermes website, the Green2Green Single Risk solution provides insurance to green transactions based on an environmental evaluation.

Sectors in scope include renewable energy, energy efficiency, recycling, water treatment, and mass public transportation.

It is available to all Euler Hermes transactional cover unit (TCU) clients such as banks, multilaterals or corporates.
