The recruitment drive is supported by the company’s AI-powered "Ping An Talent" system, which integrates AI-driven job matching, interviews, and salary negotiations.
The "Ping An Talent" system uses natural language processing and machine learning to analyse resumes, identifying suitable candidates more efficiently.
Its AI interviewer function assesses applicants based on facial expressions, speech, and response structure, providing a flexible interview process.
Meanwhile, the AI salary negotiation tool facilitates automated discussions based on candidates' backgrounds and job requirements.
