Prudential Financial Advisers aims for 1,000 reps by end of 2024

By the end of 2025, it hopes to see 1,500 representatives.

Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore (PFA) has grown to over 800 representatives since its launch in April 2023.

The firm plans to expand its team to 1,000 by the end of 2024 and aims for 1,500 by the end of 2025.

This growth supports rising customer needs in Singapore's wealth management sector. To attract talent, Prudential has enhanced its Management Associate Programme for graduates and is targeting mid-career professionals.

"We are proud of the milestones that Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore (PFA) has achieved in its first year of operation, with the support of our dedicated team of more than 800 PFA representatives and our corporate staff,” Jeff Ang, CEO of Prudential Financial Advisers Singapore, said in a press release. “We continue to grow our team so that we can better serve the needs of the mass affluent and high net worth customers with holistic financial planning and a broad range of insurance and wealth solutions from Prudential and our more than 10 product providers.”
