Prudential and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to develop AI-powered products and applications aimed at improving customer, agent, and employee experiences.

This collaboration includes the launch of Prudential’s new AI Lab, a pioneering initiative in the insurance industry across Asia and Africa. The lab will provide Prudential’s 15,000 employees with resources to transform their ideas into AI solutions.

It will offer access to advanced large language models, generative AI, and data analytics, supported by Google Cloud’s expertise in health-focused AI.

The AI Lab, set to launch later this year, will facilitate Prudential’s adoption of machine learning, AI, and generative AI technologies.

Based in Singapore, the AI Lab will collaborate with educational institutions, research centres, startups, and AI experts.
