Prudential HK makes new appointments in management

Liang Huijia and Cai Mingxiong began their terms last December.

Prudential Insurance has appointed Liang Huijia as Chief Insurance Partner Marketing Director and Cai Mingxiong as Chief Customer and Market Development Director. 

Both will be members of Prudential Hong Kong’s Executive Committee and report to Prudential Insurance Hong Kong’s CEO, Lam Chi-kang.

Liang will lead and oversee the sales and development of Prudential's bancassurance, brokerage, and high-net-worth client businesses.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Liang has held roles such as Chief Insurance Partner Marketing Director at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau and Head of Bancassurance Business at Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong).

Cai Mingxiong, with extensive experience in financial services and consumer goods, will be responsible for managing Prudential's brand promotion, digital marketing, data analysis, and customer experience areas. 

He previously worked for AIA Group and AIA (Hong Kong) in various senior positions.

Liang assumed the role last 1 December, whilst Mingxiong's term commenced last 18 December.
