Tokio Marine launches new cancer protection with multiple payouts

It boasts one of the highest potential payouts at 475%.

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd. (TMLS) has launched a multiple payout innovative cancer protection plan with a potential payout of 475%, one of the highest in the market.

Called #go TotalProtect Cancer, the product covers early, intermediate, and advanced stages of cancer with claims payout of up to 150%. For advanced stage cancer, it has an additional two claims that are newly diagnosed or have spread, persisted or recurred.

#go TotalProtect Cancer will also pay a monthly income for 25 months upon diagnosis of advance stage cancer. It also has additional payouts covering ICU admission, with a maximum payout of $36.26k (S$50k) and Cancer Supportive Therapy, subject to a maximum reimbursable amount of $3.63k (S$5k) per annum capped at $18.13k (S$25k).

As a launch bonus, TMLS will offer up to S$600 worth of CapitaLand Gift Vouchers to customers who purchase #go TotalProtect Cancer between 20 July 2022 and 30 September 2022, as part of the insurer’s 2022 Customer Campaign on #go TotalProtect Cancer.
