Sun Life Hong Kong introduces eSunPro

The platform will be exclusive to Sun Life Hong Kong clients who can avail of assistance for treatments and recovery.

Sun Life Hong Kong introduced eSunPro, a new healthcare service platform surpassing conventional insurance.

It provides comprehensive care and assistance to clients, enabling them to access advanced treatment and support throughout their recovery process.

Sun Life Hong Kong’s clients will only have exclusive access to the service platform, which comes with medical and critical illness insurance plans. 

It offers a wide range of value-added services, starting from diagnosis to post-treatment care, providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to support clients throughout their journey.

Top services in the platform will include first-in-market in offering comprehensive genomic profiling, medical concierge services, local urgent care, and AdvicePro (face-to-face second medical opinion service).

Whilst treatment is ongoing, cashless arrangements and mainland China VIP medical navigation services will be available.

For post-treatments, family care benefits and, cancer and stroke family support programme will be offered to clients as well.

“Through the value-added services of our new eSunPro healthcare service platform, we aim to provide Clients with more advanced and diversified treatment options, while helping them focus on recovery and safeguarding their health.” said the General Manager of Life and Health of Sun Life Hong Kong, Christine Yeung.
