AXA Hong Kong offers free cleaning for home contents insurance and SME customers
The free benefit is triggered if someone contracted COVID-19 in the premises.
AXA Hong Kong is now offering a free additional 'Cleaning and Sanitising Benefit' to home contents insurance and SME customers to ensure safety when someone in the premises contracts COVID-19.
For home contents insurance customers, during the coverage period, if the policyholders of AXA's home content insurance plans or anyone living with the policyholders at the insured address has tested positive for COVID-19, AXA will reimburse the home cleaning and sanitising expense up to HK$800, to provide a safe living environment for customers.
Almost likewise, SME clients, AXA 'SmartPlan Office' and 'SmartPlan Shop' can avail a maximum reimbursement amount of HK$1,500 for the professional cleaning and sanitising service, when a current employee(s) of the insured company at the insured premises is/are tested positive for COVID-19.
The claims must be submitted along with a positive COVID-19 test report, receipt of the professional cleaning and sanitising service, and the address proof or the attendance record of the COVID-19 case within one month since their diagnosis.
AXA customers may avail of the free benefit until 30 April 2022.
