Chubb boosts embedded insurance with AI engine for digital partners
It helps improve customer engagement and boost conversion by matching protection products.
Chubb has launched an AI-driven optimisation engine for Chubb Studio, its global embedded insurance platform, during the Singapore Fintech Festival.
The new tool uses proprietary AI to analyse data and present personalised insurance offers at the point of sale, targeting digital platforms that integrate Chubb’s products.
Chubb said the technology allows its distribution partners to improve customer engagement and boost conversion by matching protection products to the needs of their users.
Sean Ringsted, Chubb’s chief digital business officer, said the engine enhances how partners engage customers and deliver relevant protection.
Chubb Studio provides APIs and SDKs for digital platforms to embed products such as phone damage cover, travel insurance and hospital cash plans.
The new feature brings together data analytics, click-to-engage tools and targeted marketing to help partners run campaigns based on customer personas.
Chubb said the optimisation engine offers personalised recommendations, real-time performance analysis, and flexible integration models that allow partners to choose between Chubb-managed, partner-managed or hybrid setups.
