He will be relocating from Miami to Singapore.

Chubb has named Marcos Gunn as head of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region unit. Gunn, Senior Vice President, Chubb Group and Regional President of Latin America will succeed Paul McNamee.

Gunn will also be relocating from Miami to Singapore

McNamee, Senior Vice President and Regional President of APAC, will now oversee Chubb's general insurance operations in 51 countries outside North America. He succeeds Juan Luis Ortega, who transitioned to President of North America Insurance.

Federico Spagnoli, Division President of Consumer Lines, will assume leadership of Latin America, succeeding Gunn.

McNamee brings nearly 30 years of industry experience to his new role, having held key positions in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America since joining Chubb in 1995.

Gunn, with over 25 years at Chubb, and Spagnoli, who joined in 2024, further bolster Chubb's global leadership team with their extensive industry backgrounds.
