Prudential Singapore launched the Prudential Wealth Suite, an exclusive space for its Private Client Advisors (PCAs) to serve high net worth (HNW) customers seeking comprehensive wealth and financial planning services.
Located at Prudential Tower in Raffles Place, the Wealth Suite opened on 17 March.
Prudential’s HNW business has expanded alongside Singapore’s growth as a financial hub.
From 2023 to 2024, the insurer saw a 16% rise in its HNW customer base, with sales increasing by more than 40%.
With Asia’s millionaire population expected to more than double from 10 million in 2022 to 22 million by 2030, Prudential aims to build on this momentum.
Chief Customer Officer Goh Theng Kiat said that many overseas customers with complex global portfolios, view Singapore as a key destination for wealth diversification.
The Wealth Suite provides a private, by-appointment-only space where HNW customers can discuss their financial needs.
It features an in-house advisor who collaborates with PCAs to support clients with complex financial requirements.
Eligible customers can also consult external experts on tax and business advisory, legal and estate planning, fiduciary services, family office advisory, and legacy giving.
Prudential offers a range of solutions for HNW customers, from wealth accumulation to legacy planning, including PRUVantage
Legacy Index, an indexed universal life insurance product. Clients also benefit from priority service, VIP medical services, and swift underwriting.
Since establishing its PCA team in 2018 with 60 advisors, Prudential has expanded the group to more than 380 today.
