bolttech completed the acquisition of the majority stake in Axle Asia in late 2022.

Indonesian insurance broker, PT Axle Asia, announced its rebranding to PT Bolttech Insurance Broker.

"We have an exciting opportunity ahead of us to leverage bolttech's international insurtech capabilities to connect more people with ways to protect the things they value while enabling the insurance industry in Indonesia to thrive. We look forward to a fruitful journey ahead working alongside our valued partners to serve the needs of more customers together.” said Srinath Narasimhan, president director of PT Bolttech Insurance Broker, in a press release.

The broker said the rebranding does not affect bolttech Indonesia's service quality or offerings to its partners and customers. All existing services and agreements will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and stability for stakeholders.
