Sun Life’s new hire to oversee digital platform expansion

He was formerly with Prudential.

Sun Life has appointed David Lim as its new chief agency officer for Asia, effective last Monday. 

Based in the company's regional office in Hong Kong, Lim will report to David Broom, the chief client and distribution officer for Asia.

In his role, Lim will oversee the development of a modern agency model that utilises digital platforms to improve client experiences across Sun Life’s Asia operations. 

His responsibilities include advising on channel growth, developing best practices, and enhancing engagement between clients, advisors, and Sun Life.

Lim was formerly with Prudential, where he held senior agency distribution roles.
