Blink Parametric provides real-time assistance during flight disruptions.

Blink Parametric and Zurich Insurance in Asia Pacific have announced the integration of Blink Parametric’s real-time flight delay assistance and claims solution with the Zurich Edge Platform as part of their regionwide digital strategy.

Under this collaboration, Zurich provides real-time assistance to eligible policyholders experiencing flight delays, offering complimentary access to a VIP airport lounge.

Blink Parametric is recognized for its travel insurtech solutions, providing real-time assistance choices for travellers affected by flight disruptions.

These solutions are customizable, ensuring operational efficiency in processing high-frequency, low-value travel insurance claims for immediate resolution.

Additionally, if the lounge cannot be utilised on the day of disruption, the pass remains valid for six months, usable worldwide. Singapore is the first market to implement this initiative.
