AltaX, Alta's exchange arm, and Phillip Securities have collaborated to create a solution for selling unlisted Income Insurance shares. Leveraging PhillipCapital's investor network, the program offers a streamlined process for monetizing shares, accessible through PhillipCapital Investor Centres across Singapore.

Shares of Income Insurance on AltaX are tradable by a global network of institutional and accredited investors. AltaX's member-driven exchange model allows brokerages and investors to engage in the shares of a reputable insurance provider in Singapore and the broader ASEAN region.
The option to tokenize these shares on AltaX's blockchain-powered exchange adds a new dimension to digital asset trading. As private companies opt to stay unlisted for longer periods, Alta and PhillipCapital's approach combines fintech speed with the reliability of established financial institutions.
