MSIG Insurance ends general agent partnership with DUAL Asia

MSIG will advance its financial lines underwriting independent of DUAL.

MSIG Insurance has announced the end of its managing general agent partnership with DUAL Asia will be on 17 June 2022, with MSIG pressing ahead with its expansion strategy for its Financial Lines business through its multi-distribution network.

MSIG said it will draw upon its global financial capacity to underwrite Financial Lines risks and with future products in development, it aims to deliver solutions that will better address the evolving needs of its customers.

DUAL has been MSIG’s managing general agent since 2009 and provided Financial Lines solutions for MSIG’s clients under a delegated authority in Singapore and Hong Kong.
