Lockton Singapore has named Lena Tsia as the new Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to Fred Boles, CEO of Singapore, and Phil Corrigan, Regional COO, Tsia brings a wealth of experience from her tenure with AIA, Prudential, and Cigna. 

At Fullerton Health, her leadership significantly elevated service delivery over the past five years.

In her new role, Tsia will oversee the operations team, including administration, compliance, claims, marketing, and IT. 

She will collaborate with Singapore-based teams to implement best practices and enhance organisational efficiency. 

Her leadership aims to align technology initiatives with business objectives and ensure service delivery.
