Prudential Services India to expand, adding over 400 tech professionals
These professionals should specialise in data, AI and cyber security.
Prudential launched its global services hub, Prudential Services India, in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Over the next three years, the facility will expand to accommodate more than 400 professionals specialising in data, AI, software development, automated testing, and cybersecurity.
It will support Prudential’s Asia and Africa operations as one of two global services hubs.
Anette Bronder, Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Prudential plc, said the hub is key to digitising, simplifying, and modernising the company’s core operations to enhance customer and agent experiences.
She noted that India’s talent pool and growth potential made it a natural choice for the new hub.
Karnataka's Minister of Electronics, Information Technology, and Biotechnology, Shri Priyank Mallikarjun Kharge, welcomed
Prudential’s investment, highlighting the job opportunities it will create and its positive impact on the state’s thriving technology ecosystem.
Prudential Services India will support the development of PRUServices, a digital customer self-servicing platform, and PRUForce, a digital agency platform.
